Buying a painting from Polish Fine Art is a simple, personal process. Every enquiry is answered by the owner of the collection.

The process

  1. Enquire. Write to us about the painting you are interested in. We reply within 24 hours with any additional photographs or information you need.
  2. Reserve. Once you decide, the painting is reserved for you and taken off the market.
  3. Payment. Payment is made by SEPA bank transfer on the basis of a written sale agreement.
  4. Packing and shipping. The painting is professionally packed and shipped by insured courier to your address in the EU.
  5. Delivery. You confirm safe receipt; documentation accompanies the painting.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see the painting before buying?

Yes. A private viewing in Poland can be arranged, and we are happy to provide detailed photographs and a live video presentation of the work.

How is payment handled?

By SEPA bank transfer, preceded by a written sale agreement that records the work, the price and the terms of delivery.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Shipping within the EU is straightforward. For destinations outside the EU, contact us first — we will confirm the shipping and customs arrangements for your country.

What documents accompany the painting?
